SHP Privacy Policy

Effective 1/26/2016

We at Strategic Healthcare Programs, LLC (“SHP”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) have created this Privacy Policy because we know that you value how the information and data you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy applies to our online information collection and use practices when you visit the website (the “site”). Your visit to the site is also subject to our Terms of Use, which is located on the site.

Our commitment to privacy

SHP provides this Privacy Policy to make you aware of our privacy practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This Privacy Policy describes what information we may collect about you; how we use your information; how we protect it; and what choices you have about how that information is used.

We may revise any portion of the Site, including this Privacy Policy, from time to time to keep up with technical innovation, new types of site content, and for other reasons. All revisions to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon notice given by means of posting the revised Privacy Policy on this site, with a new effective date posted at the top. If the Privacy Policy changes in a way that materially affects how we handle personal information, we will not use the personal information we previously gathered in the manner described in the new policy without providing notice and/or obtaining your consent, as appropriate. Your continued usage of the site after any revision(s) to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of the revised Site Privacy Policy. We encourage you to refer to this Privacy Policy frequently, and to regularly check the effective date shown at the top.

Information we collect from website users

Personal Information includes information that is unique to an individual, such as a name, physical address, email address or telephone number. We collect personal information when you register for an account, or request a demo or product and service information. We also collect personal information when you email us through or regarding the site on the site’s Contact page.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers or services that are not owned or controlled by SHP. If you click on those links and provide personal information to those third-parties, be sure to read such third-party websites’ Privacy Policies. SHP is not responsible for how these websites operate or treat the personal information that you provide to them.

We may also collect non-Personal Information from all Site visitors, even if they do not register for the services discussed above. For example, SHP may use “cookies” or other technology to collect non-personal information about your use of the site or emails we send to you. Cookies are described in more detail below. SHP may also collect information such as IP address, browser type, domain name, access times, duration of visit and referring URL.

Use of the information we collect from website users

We may use your personal information internally for our own purposes, including to manage and maintain the site, to improve our services to you, or to analyze your use of the site, to study trends regarding use of the site, and for our own marketing purposes.

In addition, unless you contact us to request that we not use your personal information, we may use your personal information (for example, your email address) to send you certain mailings prepared by us, such as our news and events or other materials. We also may use the personal information you provide to let you know when new content is available at our site, or to alert you to events, materials, goods or services that we believe would be valuable to you and are consistent with our mission.

SHP does not disclose your information except as required or permitted by law. Circumstances where SHP may divulge or transfer your personal information include SHP’s response to an order from a governmental authority or when SHP otherwise is required by law to make the information available to a third party. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, situations where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a regulatory requirement, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, the public or SHP. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful, and to release to such agencies personal information about users of the site who we reasonably believe to be engaged in or involved with such unlawful activities.

We may share your personal information with companies who perform services on our behalf. Examples of such companies include, but are not limited to, data analysis firms, email vendors, web hosting providers, cloud storage providers and providers of corporate management services.

Applicable law/international issues

Information you provide to SHP will be collected, processed, stored, disclosed and disposed of in accordance with applicable U.S. law. If you are a non-U.S. user, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use your personal information and disclose it to other entities, in the manner described above in “Use of the information we collect from website users,” outside your resident jurisdiction.

If you do not consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this site, but if you have already provided us with personal information, please see “Removing or changing your information” of this Privacy Policy, below, for instructions on how to remove your Personal Information.

Cookies and other tools

Cookies are unique identifiers sent to your device by a web server and stored on your device’s storage. A cookie allows many sites to identify you upon each visit with a personalized message before you actively login or to track a returning user. Like many websites, SHP may use cookies, tracking pixels, and other technologies (collectively, “tools”) to improve your site experience, or collect aggregate information about usage of the site.

If you choose not to take advantage of these interactive features, you can set up your browser to reject cookies or to alert you when a cookie has been sent. Most browsers offer instructions on how to reset the browser to reject or delete cookies in the “Help” section of the toolbar.

Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on DNT, the browser sends a message to websites requesting that they don’t track the user. Because standard “Do Not Track” technology is not yet finalized, and not all browsers support DNT, the site’s information collection and disclosure practices, and the choices that it provides to consumers, may continue to operate as described in this Privacy Policy, whether or not a DNT signal is received. For more information about DNT, see

We have safeguards in place to protect your personal information; however, no security can be 100% effective. We cannot guarantee the security of your information, and we make no representation as to the reasonableness, efficacy, or appropriateness of the measures we use to safeguard such information. Users are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their own passwords. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us by contacting us at
