Instead of logging in to the iQIES system directly, SHP customers access and request Certification and Survey Provider Enhanced Reporting (CASPER) reports entirely within SHP for Skilled Nursing — the same platform where your MDS scrubbing, benchmarking, and quality reporting already live. No separate system, no duplicate logins, no switching between tools.
From within the CASPER Manager, your team can browse reports by category, set parameters, request specific reports, and download completed data in PDF or CSV format — all without leaving SHP for Skilled Nursing. Provider Preview Reports and Scheduled Reports are also available, so you can automate recurring pulls rather than manually requesting the same reports each cycle.
