CASPER Manager
SHP’s IntelliLogix™ CASPER Manager is an interactive tool that allows SHP customers to interface with the Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (QIES) to request Certification and Survey Provider Enhanced Reporting (CASPER) reports without the need to log in to the QIES system.
The IntelliLogix™ CASPER Manager enables users to request specific CASPER Reports, set report parameters for retrieval, and review reports—all outside of the QIES system. Users may access the data through PDF or CSV file types (based on report availability) for review and comparison of key data submitted to CMS (i.e., MDS reports, PBJ Reports, etc.).
